romantic getaway
superb locationhelpful staffheated floors
the location was superb. i found the staff professional and helpful. the valet service made arrivals and departures seamless. the bathroom, especially, was amazing with its heated floors (a pure delight!).
the room lighting was a little dim at times.

The staff exhibited a great sense of hospitality, addressing every request with precision. Marco from guest services were really nice too ensure our stay was nice. the bar team prepared amazing cocktails.

the hotel boasts a well-renovated historic building with modern amenities. the spa and pool area were really good, ranking among the best i have visited in a city center. the gym offered a full range of cardio equipment.
